Refund Policy – Backedstock  

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Backedstock sells digital products and digital services, which are delivered immediately after purchase. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Digital downloads
• Digital access links
• Digital resources
• Consulting or informational digital products

This policy applies regardless of whether the product was used, accessed, or downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered at our sole discretion if:

• The product was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our end, and
• The issue cannot be resolved by re-delivery or support

Proof may be required to review any exception request.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase on Backedstock, you agree not to file a chargeback for delivered digital products. Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access to purchased materials.
